Timi’s work has won numerous awards, been commissioned as commemorative and perpetual trophies for the European Dressage Championships, the North American Young Riders Championships, and the IALHA National Championships as well as featured in the museum collections of the The International Horse Centre, La Mandria, Italy and the Kentucky Horse Park’s Roemer Museum.

She has a Master’s degree from Loyola Marymount University, where she also taught for several years. As a lifelong advocate for animals and the planet, she and her husband John hope to help reform the world’s food systems to be more compassionate, healthy and environmentally sustainable.

Timi grew up in Southern California riding in the hills of Palos Verdes and competing on the California hunter/jumper circuit. As an adult she trained thoroughbreds with Ian Jory Racing Stables at Hollywood Park, Santa Anita, Del Mar, and competed throughout the U.S. In the 80's and 90's, she was lucky enough to be instrumental in the careers of several graded stakes winning horses* who were contenders in the world's most renowned races - the Kentucky Derby, the Pacific Classic, Belmont Stakes, Santa Anita Derby and many more. She earned her Master's degree from Loyola Marymount University where she taught for several years. She is now a full time artist and part-time dressage rider in Silicon Valley, California.

*including"Best Pal"whose lifetime earnings of $5,668,245 earned him honors as the tenth all time money earner in the world as well as all time leading California Bred earner. His stakes included the I'm Smokin Stakes, Balboa Stakes (Grade 3) and the Del Mar Derby (Grade 2), the Norfolk Stakes (Grade 1) at Santa Anita and the Hollywood Futurity (Grade 1). He finished the year second in the Two Year Old Eclipse Championship voting. As a three year old, he was favorite in the Kentucky Derby, only to get blocked by a fast tiring Sea Cadet at the head of the stretch and had to settle for second.
